My standard hourly fee is £50
I offer occasional concessions and also invite higher fees within the guiding, sliding scale shown below. Please note that:
Most people I see pay the standard fee which aligns with what local therapists charge per session (see below for evidence).
If I have availability for any concessions, these are offered to people who attend weekly appointments unless unavoidable factors (see FAQs > Working agreement) prevent this.
If you're willing to pay a higher fee, this helps me to balance out concessionary rates and maintain a sense of fairness based on people's ability to pay.
If you can't attend weekly, the default option is to pay my standard fee or agreed higher fee when we meet.

Longer, deep-dive sessions
Two or three hour deep-dive sessions are agreed on an individual, case-by-case basis. They are for people who are:
Settled and established in the counselling process.
Able to self-regulate emotional distress.
Clear about the issue they want to explore.
If paying £50 per hour and above for standard appointments, I offer a £5 reduction per hour for hours one and two and a £10 reduction for hour three. Deep-dive sessions typically involve timely creative experiments, a balancing practice such as EFT and spaces for quiet reflection.
